Special Order Ram info

My dealer isn't being super cooperative in giving me updates on the status of my build. I've tried all the usual links and chat but they keep referring me back to dealer. I have a coupon that expires so I'm getting anxious. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What are you trying to determine? Have you ordered the truck and are now waiting for it to be delivered to the dealer so you can pick it up? The online chat with ram provided me more information during the build process but once the truck was on the train and truck for delivery I got more information from the dealer at that stage. You might need to pester the dealer for more information. Try getting to a manager if you can't get what you need.

Correct truck was ordered exactly one month ago. Have gotten 0 info since then other than a VIN number

Have you tried RAM Chat. I got updates every few days during my build process. Now they tell me to contact dealer for updates since the truck is awaiting shipping.

Try this link. Click chat and you should get a window asking for name, VIN, etc. it works for me using Chrome browser on my computer or using Safari browser on my iPhone.
