Mopar site doesn't work for me. I've tried everything. All the time or just within 20 -30 minutes of turning off the truck?
please test the website after a couple hours. also, do you have a 12" or 8.4" nav ?

Tried it many times. It never worked. Always times out and says "Failed!"Try the web app as well if the phone app isn’t working:
https://www.mopar.com/ramtrucks/en-us/my-vehicle/dashboard.html
It lets you send the same start/stop/lock commands from any web browser, so you can start the truck from a laptop.
Just tried a locate on my Uconnect app - Failed. No surprise.Tried it many times. It never worked. Always times out and says "Failed!"
What do you think the fix is? Sirius issue or RAM issue? If you read all the threads in this post, many say they feel the system is falling asleep, others say they can't get the phone app to work but the web app works. If your system is falling asleep (which I am convinced is the issue here) it won't matter how you try to connect to the system, it won't find it. My friend has the 12" screen and he doesn't have any issues. My 8.4" system hasn't worked properly since I got the truck. BTW, If I select "Send & Go" app in the truck, it wakes up the system the same as SOS. Systems goes to sleep about an hour after I turn off truck.
My gut tells me it is a firmware issue but then I can't figure out if that is correct, why does it work for some people? I activated my sub while in the truck at the dealership. I have often wondered if it didn't complete because of this so something is setup wrong. I also got an update while sitting in the truck at the dealership. Did something get corrupt? There are so many possibilities but mine hasn't worked properly since I got the truck. I don't have any confidence the dealer can do anything about it. I have less confidence in Sirius after calling them multiple times. Once they told me the problem was because I left my phone cord plugged into the USB (no phone attached, just the cord). What do you think the fix is? Sirius issue or RAM issue?
I still think its firmware. It seems it would never work if the telematics unit was bad. Gotta be a glitch in the firmware and I cant imagine a flash fix wouldn't resolve it.My gut tells me it is a firmware issue but then I can't figure out if that is correct, why does it work for some people? Agreed. I hate the thought of having to remove the radio head to swap the telematics module or head unit itself to fix the issue. Everything else works fine with my 12" so I dont want to mess with the hardware.I hope it is just the firmware, some parameter that controls the low power state. I think we can rule out hardware because the system works when power is present. Maybe the actual manufacturer of the radio (panasonic ?) may have to get involved as this level of firmware probably has to be written by them.
