Service Electronic Stability Control Message and light.

Have 2022 1500 diesel, had no issue with system till I took into dealer for safety recall concerning ESC system. Now I have the recall problem that update was supposed to cure, getting esc light and throttle control light. Explained to dealer after update, must pay for diagnostic, $250, before they say if update caused problem or not. That said it comes on at varying miles driven, from 50 to 5000 miles, I have kind of narrowed it down to it only activates when my first action after parking, and shutting down truck, is to go in reverse

Help! I have the same issue. I’ve got a 2019 Laramie with 98,000 but this started at 90,000. Service Traction Control light goes off, this also disables cruise control, auto start/stop and forward collision. Taken it in the to dealership 3 time. First time they said it was a bad break position sensor, replaced it. Lights came on 2 days later. Took it back, said it was a bad battery. Less than a mile after getting it back lights come on. Third time truck was there for over 2 weeks they said they didn’t really know anything new, but chalked it up to a bad abs module. 4 days later lights come back on. Would really like any information anybody has. This is extremely frustrating and I’ve dumped almost $3k into this thing since I got it in April.
Hi This is what I know so far. But first are you getting a check engine light too? If no what I’ve found out is that the wheel speed sensors will cause that to happen if they’re bad. Additionally if you are getting the check engine light with code p258b and you have replaced the vacuum pump The wiring harness that the pump plugs into somehow will develop a short. I guess some more banner engineering from the asshats at stellantis motor group. If you have anymore questions let me know and I’ll give you what I know. Best of luck.
