I just bought 2020 Rebel a month ago. Today I noticed that both screens won't turn off (Uconnect stay highlighted and small one showing command "press brake and push button to start") after engine shut off and truck is locked up. Anyone had have a similar problem? Please help

Did you move your keyfob inside your house away? If not it still might be detected.

I only had that problem when I applied a tune. I reverted and re-applied it and it was fine.

After you lock it up save your key in the house, and go back and look at it after like 10 min. They should be off by then

The power should remain after turning off for up to 10 minutes, or opening a door. As soon as the door is unlocked, the dash will light. Do the interior lights work right? If a door jamb switch doesn't turn the interior lights on, when the door is opened, it could stay on. If you completely exit the truck, and lock it, they should not be on.

If you keep having this problem, a no-cost solution could be to disconnect your battery terminals for a while then see if it’s resolved after you hook the battery back up.

I just noticed that I have more problems than that. I also lost quite a few of other things. My backup camera disappeared also heated seats. It's not fhey don't work, they just disappeared from the screen menu along with other setups. I went to dodge service this morning but they said they check it out but since my truck came from Canada they might have a problem to fix it and for sure they not accept factory warranty. What a nightmare

Might want to get the current version of UC4 and update it then let the truck sit for 24 hours.
Also try factory resetting the head unit. I do not know the method for UC4, I think there is a "dealership mode".
On UC5 there are just buttons for it.

Was the truck manufactured for sale in Canada and you currently live in USA?

Tried it. Left disconnected overnight. Didn't work.

Might want to look in the uConnect 4 forums here, and check your version number against what people have, and if similar try and update it and factory reset it.
The head unit which runs the uConnect 4 software has lots of hooks into the truck.

This has happened to me twice (UC5 though) about 8 months ago the first time and maybe 5-6 months ago the second time. First time, I got back in the truck started it and shut it back off and they still stayed on, music and everything. Eventually it must've shut off. The second time I started the truck, drove it down the street and came back. When I parked it they shut off. I did factory resets on the radio after both occurances. I also had a period of 3 weeks in a row or so where every time I started the truck after sitting over night where the radio screen would freeze and play a loud droning sound for about 10 secs then reboot itself.
