Is anyone else getting this message? I have a 2022 Laramie w/12” screen and this started last week. I’ve never had one issue with it until now. I get the Satellite Hardware Error, then I have to soft reboot the radio. It starts working again audibly, but the screen says channel not available and the image will not work. Sometimes the audio works, but I cannot change the channel. On rare occasions, after the reboot, everything seems to work after a few minutes. I have to go through this process every time I start the truck. I searched online and it seems to be an issue that popped up last week for quite a few Ram owners. This is really annoying since I use SXM exclusively. I looked up my software version and it shows FCA-MY22.S26.17-PROD.

@RamCares?

Not sure if it has anything to do with it, but I also noticed an icon at the top of the screen I had not noticed before. This makes me think the issue must be a result of a recent update.

Count me in too. Same exact problem and icon

RamCares is aware. They responded on the TRX forum asking for people to message them with VIN, mileage, and system version information.

Been doing a soft reset, works for a while then comes back. Lost count on how many times it has happened. Hard reset works for a while too but comes back and it is much more of a pain to reconfigure it all so I just do a soft reset. 2022 Limited Vin: 1C6SRFHT0NN267950 Version FCA-MY22.S26.17 Mileage 9321

I got the same error today and lost serius. I hope someone posts a solution before long. how about removing the new app that has appeared on the screen

This appears to be a 2022 issue. I'm surprised the 22's are still on 26.17. 27.46 has been out for a while now. Maybe an upgrade to 27.46 will be the fix??

I had that same icon pop up a little over a week ago and I don't have the satellite problem, so that's not the reason for the fault.

I don’t believe the addition of the icon/app is the problem either, but I don’t think it’s just a coincidence. Something got pushed out OTA with it and I believe that is what is causing the issue. I received a call and email from Uconnect case management today, but I was at work and could not answer/reply. I’ll call them tomorrow and see that they say. Ram Cares recommended that I call Sirius and have them perform a signal refresh, but I have not had the chance to do that yet. I hope they can fix it. This is very frustrating.

This is total B.S. Sick and tired of having to reset damn near everytime I drive my truck. I paid way too much for this to be happening. And nothing but crikets.

For what it's worth, I'm not having problems with my 2022. I have the icon on the top, but haven't touched it. I haven't had any satellite hardware notifications or loss of SiriusXM.

I'm running T25.51 (I think).

Had a phone conversation today with a Uconnect rep who was assigned to my case. They are aware of the issue and says that it is not a Uconnect problem. They recommended that I contact SXM. I then spoke with a SXM rep and they sent a signal refresh and then had me perform a factory reset on the radio. He started going into a speech about how there could be a wiring or other hardware issue in the truck. I interrupted him and told him that if it was one or two vehicles that it might be a possibility. But, with the number of vehicles having the exact same issues, that all started at the same time debunks his argument. No way that tons of vehicles produced the exact same issue at the exact same time, and it’s a hardware issue. Software was updated that caused the issue. It’s all over the internet. Imagine how many people are having the issues that are not on forums. Hopefully this works.

I did the factory reset on mine and it worked. had to redo all my resets and sound settings tho. I also went on the stellantis site and got a free download of 2025 maps for the gps
