I am in the process of leasing a 2021, and I am having a trouble figuring out what a good price is.

Honestly, just finding out what invoice truly is is hard enough. I had one dealer balk at 6% under invoice, but I hear 5-6% under is a common discount.

I am looking at a 2021 Big Horn Quad 4x4 5.7l V8 with Premium Lighting, Night Edition, and BH Level 2 Group. Around 50.5k MSRP

I am getting pricing in the 490 range with 1500 total out of pocket. That sounds insane to me for a Big Horn. I feel like I should be in the 380-420 range.

Anyone have any data points that recently leased a 2021? What is a good PRE-Rebate discount off MSRP?

Thank you all! Looking forward to contributing more once I get my truck.

I did mine for a 2019 Bighorn Crew Cab MSRP was 54k I got them to 43k my monthly is 599 for 36 months at 10k miles a year. That was in Dec 2018.

Not gonna lie, that sounds like a horrible deal lol. I saw an old thread from 2018 and most people were way under that.

Have no clue! Haha dealt with a a dealership to get the price down and actually got the monthly way down about 125 bucks. I was getting in no matter what so probably didn't do the best I could but it was way better then a lot of the prices I was given.

Things are so so crazy right now with pricing compared to what people were seeing previously.

In my opinion.... when you start getting into $500 ish a month lease payments at 10k/36, thats well optioned Laramie territory.

Or an absolutely loaded to the brim bighorn.

Mine is loaded. But I didn't worry about the payment much. Just didn't want to pay the 800 dollars for the month to buy it outright. My buddy is looking currently at them and can't get anything under 525.

Ouch...My lease is $460 per month for 42 months, 10k miles per year. My MSRP was 57k and I put 2k down. I also live in NY where we pay 8% sales tax on vehicles. Thinking back my 2017 Big Horn was right at 50k and my payment was $399 with 1k down.

Interesting! I don't know how you guys do it then! I didnt put anything down, maybe thats why? But a couple grand shouldn't make that much of difference in payment.

Mind shooting me a PM on the dealer? I'm in NY too.

your looking at 30ish a month per thousand at almost 0.0000 money factor
1000/36= 27.77 so 2000 is 56 a month
what ever you put down lowers the amount your paying off it can add up quicker than you think

$489 for 3.5 years with 15,000 miles a year. Truck was $56k msrp. You will not find better than $450 a month for vehicle that is $55k. I had option to get Chevy RST 1500 for $410 but that was $44k truck. The days of $300’s lease are gun on a truck. Think about it, 5-10 years ago $55k not even limited truck was crazy to see. I mean even base cara these days you cant get under $20k.

Sounds like a good deal. with 10k that'd probably be in the low 4's. I'm trying to be in the low 4s' on a 53k MSRP truck at 10k miles. Mind PM'ing me which dealer you worked with? Sounds like it would be what I'm looking for.

my lease on my $54g big horn night ram with offroad group and package 1 and package 2 , is $421 at 36months 10/yr and i didnt put anything down.

My lease (not that it's helpful for anyone now):
- $46425 sticker
- sign & drive, nothing out of pocket
- 24 mo / 10k mi
- $169/mo

Not the most loaded truck, but it had the important options I wanted (Level 2, V8, 4x4). I think it was a pretty good deal. Got it at the end of January this year.

My 2020 Big Horn Crew Cab 4x4 with the Night Edition package, Premium Lighting / Level 2 Equipment Group and the non etorque Hemi. Msrp at $51,850

In November 2019 I leased it for $405 per month for 36 months with zero out of pocket and the dealer made my first payment. Mileage is 10k miles per year. I know it doesn’t really answer the OP’s question but thought it might give some perspective.

That’s great!

Thanks for the replies everyone.

That is literally the exact same spec I am looking at right now. I am getting quoted almost 500/mo for 36/10k with with 1500 total due at signing.

One important thing though, how much money in rebates did you have at the time, right now it's only 2500. I wonder if my dealer discount is ****, or if most people just had better rebates at the time.

I’m not sure what the rebates were because I didn’t get a breakdown of everything. I did use a Friends and Family discount from my friend at FCA and this was my 4th purchase at this dealership over the years, so that may have helped.

Before that deal the numbers were looking like $430-$450 per month but I pushed back on that because I didn’t even want to go up to $430 although I could afford it. At that point my salesman said they were hearing of bigger deals in November (2019), if u could wait until then. I said sure but thought that was kinda weird. So a week or so went by and he comes back with a payment of $390 but with the halogen headlights or $405 with the Premium led lighting. It was a no brainer at that point. The truck also has the factory RAM running boards.

That truck must have had some hell of a lot of lease cash. Typically 24 month leases are always a bit higher.
Never heard of a lease payment THAT cheap with no money down.

IDK. It was the end of the month, so I guess they needed to move the unit and get their quota more than they needed to make money on the vehicle? 'Selling' price was about 32k and buyout is about 28k. Probably never going to happen again (especially not now with low inventory and minimal rebates).
