All ..update …what a circus (2 ½ hrs. ..spoke with 3 people ..several call transfers just last night) to find the right people to handle the TSB 23-074-23 Fig 2 rear glass sealing charge reimbursement.
I had decided to follow-up last night on which would be my first case (new one today …different direction) because I hadn’t received a conformation of my email from them…glad I didn’t decided to wait.
The hope expressed earlier ..I found out that I was given the wrong place to go to submit my request/case for
reimbursement ..it went to people who handle claims when you have “purchased” the extended warranty, not a
manufacturing warranty extension.
Well, another call and another case # from US Customer Care [email protected] ..ah, maybe this is the right place ..the TSB’s are labeled Stellantis ..and the phone number given was provided was 1-800-992-1997 ..used to check on the case. This second case to US Customer Care, I asked, “will a conformation follow” …I was told , yes. As of this message, I’m waiting, but (and if it works) I have that phone number I can use later to verify status of my case.
Fingers-crossed ..I’ll update when I know something.
