My Ram is the first truck Ive owned since 2009 so its been awhile since I’ve shopped for aftermarket truck parts. I was going to order some parts but decided to google reviews on realtruck.com and there were quite a few less than stellar reviews. Are they are good site? Quick shipping? Good customer service?

I’ve ordered from them 2 or 3 times with great results. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy there again

DO NOT order from them.
Spent $500 with them, wrong bracket kits were sent for running boards, ordered front and rear weathertech floor mats, they sent 2 rear sets. Deliveries were a day apart, spent 30 min on hold to customer service ea day. Customer service takes the trouble call and then passes the info along to a loyalty specialist who will be in touch in 2-3 business days.(total bull).
The first rep got ahold of me w/in 2 days and got the brackets reordered, finally arrived 10 days from original order.

2nd rep took 4 days to contact me about the floor mats, I respond with pics and info she asked for, 3 days have since passed and no reply as to how they plan to resolve this.

They've sent me a questionnaire on my satisfaction with their customer service, once I get the mats straightened out, I plan to light them up(not that it will do any good).

If I could go back in time to 3 weeks ago, I would tell myself to not click buy.

They seem hit and miss. They have a few different web sites that are all the same company such as RealTruck and RunningBoardWarehouse. I ordered my running boards from them since they had a sale going on and they arrived without the hardware. They sent that out quickly and replaced a T-bolt that broke during installation also. I ordered my Husky Gearbox from them since I got a discount because of my previous order. No problems. I also e-mailed them for a quote on an Impact Bedrug mat since they advertised they would beat any price. I received a response about a month later!

They are legit. I ordered my seat covers, step bars, mud flaps and bed rug from them, all different orders, and they all came in good shape and on time. Only issue I had was the mud flaps were missing one set of the plastic protector films that go between the paint and the mud flap. It took me about 2 weeks to get the replacement parts but I did get them.

I've made 4 orders with them since November. Stuff shipped out the same day, got everything within 3 days of ordering. Got the correct brackets and right stuff in all 4 cases.

After all the trouble to get the mats, why would you set them on fire? :D HaHa!

Speaking of which, I still do not have them. Every few days they want something new, pics, part #'s, you name it. Anything but the correct mats. Calling my credit card tmrw to dispute the charges.

I would absolutely use them again. Never a problem and great response time.

Real truck was sold by a private individual to a corporation about 3 years ago. They didn't personally stock any of the items listed on their site.

Used them a bunch of times. Most orders with no issues. When I did have issues, it was with manufacturer shipping wrong item. Husky sent the wrong mudflaps and I was sent return labels right away. They now seem to be a broker who negotiates best price when you call. I do recommend calling for the best price.

Thanks for all the replies fellas. I was going to order some steps but after reading tons of reviews i went with eBay for the PayPal protection. May roll the dice with a tonneau cover in a few months With them.

The whole call for best price was confusing me because their prices listed on most items are already cheaper than most places out there. Anybody have luck talking them down even more?

I did. I got an extra $25 or so off when I contacted them by chat about the seat cover over the advertised price.

Yes, I've gotten better deals when I call or chat than on their site.

Ordered some truck accessories and when I got the order confirmation none of the email links worked. That made me suspicious. Checking their reviews, I realized they are not a reputable company. 1 Star at the BBB. So I cancelled the order on their website. They still shipped product the next day. I refused shipments when they arrived. Now RealTruck is claiming they can't accept them because they were installed.
I have the detailed FedEx tracking showing they were refused. I opened a dispute with my CC company.
I don't recommend any business with these guys.
Search their address, they just drop ship. No warehouse. Just a suite.

They are a real company. Sounds like you are just talking BS. Made a new account just to post that?
They aren't the best company but they are by far not bad at all.
We even have a direct line in on thr forums here via direct messaging and email which includes cheaper pricing. I had husky floor mats for 60% off retail.

I've had no issues with them, but only experienced buying a few things from them - never anything major or high-dollar like bumpers or wheels, etc.

I got a retractable cover from them.
Got a forum discount but I had problems as 1 rail was not painted.
They were able to get it replaced for me with little to no problem.

Seriously, you joined 5thgenrams and your first post you resurrected a THREE YEAR OLD thread to complain about RealTruck? :-/

I've ordered from RealTruck several times with no issues. their staff is very attentive to support and emails.
