EDIT: Looks like this is only offered in the Republic of Texas.

Was just looking on Ram.com at build & price and noticed a new little icon on every model except Tradesman. If you buy a new Ram you get the following:

What’s better than owning a Ram truck? Having it come with Ram Care. Ram Care – with 24/7 customer support – is just one of the ways we enhance your ownership experience and thank you for your loyalty. When purchasing an eligible Ram truck, owners will be automatically enrolled in the exclusive Ram Care program for a 24-month period.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

  • 24/7 support through a dedicated member number and live chat
  • Maintenance services including two oil changes and two tire rotations annually
  • VIP treatment at Ram Brand nationwide events
  • Peace of mind with trip interruption protection for up to $1,000+
  • No-charge same-day rental++
+Vehicle must be inoperable as a result of failure under this plan or failure under the factory warranty and must be more than 100 miles away from the registered address.
++Rental allowance (not to exceed $35) is only for same day mechanical repair or maintenance service (excluding bodywork). Vehicles kept overnight are not eligible.

Seems like they should add this for everyone who's already purchased as well. No details on that but maybe @RamCares could answer that.
Here's shot of the logo they worked up for it:

Just found the website for Ram Care. It's obviously been around before the 2019's (they've not updated the photos) and it loads for me with all kinds of images and mentions of Texas. Nice touch.

Now that I've looked over the website, it appears it might only be for the state of Texas. On the T's & C's it starts with this:

GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Ram Care Program (the "Plan") is a membership and service program offered by FCA US LLC on certain RAM Brand models sold in the state of Texas. The Plan includes benefits accessible in the dealership as well as online through the Mopar.com web site.

https://ramtrucks.moparvip.com/Owner/

Sorry if I stirred anyone up. I'm quite certain that logo has not appeared any previous times I've built and configured one.

You will if you use a TX zip like 77066.

Anyone in other states know if something like this is offered?

Any luck actually getting your member page to work?

Not sure what you mean? It shows up as an extra warranty on mopar.com and in the My Ram app. I also regularly get postcards urging me to use the benefits. Another example of how Ram thinks like a '70's auto manufacturer.

It shows up as an extra warranty on my mopar.com site as well, but when I go to print the provisions, throws an error message.

Also get an error message when I click the "Ram Care" link on my mopar.com site.

Just checked and my link on Mopar.com for the Ram Care loads up the info on my lifetime warranty. They've got broken links. I'd just use this one for Ram Car specifics:

Dang so I should’ve bought my truck in Texas instead of buying it in Missouri and driving it back to Texas? Does being a Texas resident and registering it in Texas get me in this club?

I don't know but it seems to be tied to purchase location. Maybe reach out to @RamCares to see if they can answer?

Hi Edwards,
In order to be a part of this program, a customer has to have purchased their Ram in Texas and would also have to reside in the state of Texas. We hope this provides some clarification!

I didn't know what it was when I bought mine in Texas. The first time I went for an oil / filter change, at 1K miles since I'm old-school, the charge was nothing. Second one at 6K miles, including tire rotation. Again, no charge. Okay, I'll take it!
