I’ve been having a lot of issues with my local dealers where they are taking forever to get me on the schedule (multiple months) for critical issues I’m having with my brand new ram with regard to its airbags (among other things) which should all be under warranty. And even when the dealerships get me in schedule, they tell me that it’s going to take multiple days before they will even look at it and they won’t give a loaner car while they told my truck. My ram is the only vehicle I have, I can’t just leave it at the dealership for a week without an alternative.
Does anyone know if Ram has a brand management contact number that can deal with stuff like this? I know other manufacturers have one and they can generally expedite the process on some of this. It’s getting a little ridiculous how long I’ve been waiting just to have my airbags checked out.
