Ram 1500 orders - Tell Us About Yours!

My order updated today on the Ram tracker - started the build on Monday 1/13. My dealer had an estimated ship date of 1/23 but the tracker shows an estimated delivery date of 3/26 so who knows. Fingers crossed it shows up in a couple weeks.

Truck moved to shipped status on the 17th with an estimated delivery of 2/6. Hoping it is faster as the incentives for the Midwest are pretty good for Laramies this month. Could be a bit complicated as my trade is sitting at the dealership waiting on a part after the tech broke some wires during the recall for the turn signal and now the part is a couoke weeks out. Need to get my topper off the trade and swap my snow tires for the summer tires etc. Hope it all works out!Screenshot_20250119_151453_Samsung Internet.jpg
 
I ordered my RAM 1500 Tungsten through Koons and worked with Brian Hillerich. He was very easy to work with, provided all the information and beat the price from all dealers. Easy process at the beginning. Brian ensured I was kept up to date throughout the process. I waited for a couple of weeks and finally received an email from Brian that my truck landed at the dealership. I scheduled to pick up and meet with Brian last Saturday. During pick up Brian was awesome. He was friendly and professional. He thoroughly reviewed the features with me, including the entire body and interior inspection. My finance manager was Alli, who was AWESOME; she was patient and helped me to go over all the documents and provide all the information. We reviewed the extended warranty, and she matched the price for the extended warranty from Ziegler.

Brian and Alli truly understand their customers and their wants and go above and beyond. The customer service that the team gives from start to finish is the reason to buy more cars from them. My wife and I had an experience that was honestly priceless. Brian and Alli are truly honest and valuable. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I’m jealous. Nothing yet from mine. I’m trying to be patient but it’s really hard. Like a kid at Christmas.
 
Woohoo! In production 1/30 estimated delivery 4/19 2 days after my birthday. Maybe they’ll finish early and I can get it as a birthday present.
 
Should I be worried that they only took a day to build and ship my truck? Just got an email saying it shipped. Website is showing only built.

For starters the ram tracker is pretty much garbage - only a rough estimate of reality. Mine said built the 17th and shipped the 18th but in reality looking at the build sheet and window sticker it was built on the 15th and shipped on the 17th. Tracker said my delivery would be Feb 6th and then last week Tuesday it switched to TBD - truck was delivered to the dealer the evening of the 28th and I've had it 5 days and it still shows as a TBD delivery.
Hope you get you truck soon!

Looks like you jumped ahead of mine. Still in production or at least no emails about shipping

How was the pricing on the custom order from Koons, was it compatible to Mark Dodge?
