Ram 1500 orders - Tell Us About Yours!

Just went and visited him at the dealer today. Raining out and obviously not prepped yet. Ordered June 7th and it was delivered yesterday. Unfortunately I can't pick it up until next Saturday as I'll be out of State. Nitto Terra Grappler G2 - 305/45/22's, window tint, LEER cap and BedRug going on asap. Can't wait to start driving it!

Thats a beauty. I would 100Q% get the Laramie Black edition if I was up to owning another black vehicle lol.

For all of you living in hot climates, how does your AC perform? This is a worrisome thing to me.

I'll let you know hopefully Tuesday or Wednesday. Mine should be at the dealer tomorrow. I'm not losing sleep over it... At least the a/c. I've been up for 40 hours now. Got up at 5 yesterday morning to watch some golf, tried to take a nap about 8pm. No go left Michigan at 9:30 last night got to my house (in mid-Florida) at 5:30 this afternoon. Fixing to head to bed soon.

Getting ready to pull the trigger on ordering this one (probably tonight):

2019 Ram 1500 Limited 4x4 5'7", V8 Hemi eTorque, Trailer Brake Control, Sunroof, Anti-spin Diff., 3.92, Protection Group, Level 1

Still trying to decide on color (Diamond Black, Granite Crystal, or Patriot Blue), Ramboxes, and 20s vs. 22s

Leaning toward Black with Ramboxes (looks like they're being produced now) and 20s (more tire options), but that blue...

Any suggestions, ideas, advice, whatever, let me know.

Just FYI I have the 3.92 Laramie and I drive 99% and I am getting 13.4 mpg so e-torque might get you 14mpg

I'm getting around 12 mpg now with a very thirsty v8, so 13.4 would actually be an improvement. Does the 3.92 to 3.21 make that significant of a difference in mpg?

I test drove a black on black Limited on the lot at a local dealership last weekend. It had been sitting in direct sun all day and it was around 92° when I did the test drive. Cooled down just fine--wasn't icy cold coming out of the vents, but cooled down to a comfortable temperature after a minute or two of max a/c. I then switched the fan to 3 and put the seat cooler on high, kept me quite comfortable for the remainder of the test drive.

I am not sure if its significant but my 2016 Ram had the 3.21 and it got 17mpg city now my 19 ram has the 3.92 and I am getting the 13.4-13.5mpg city.

What is the " Mopar Customer Shop" and why would my truck show that status in the MOTS Vehicle order tracking system?

Just ordered Limited CC 4x4, Pano, 3.92, Level 1Group, Bed Utility Group, 22 in wheels, Anti spin, Trailer brake control, crystal black with black interior. So stoked!! How do I check the status online of the build process and stage?

You can track your truck through a private service offered on Jeepgarage.org. Go join that sight then upgrade to Premium level 3 or 4 and send a PM to "Milous" with make and color (example: Limited 4x4 Silver) and the VON# provided by your dealer. You'll get updates 3 or more times a day.

Thanks Doc!!

Hello, Picked up a New Limited. Really a dream for me to get one. I am so happy with it thus far. To be honest it is very expensive but I will keep it for 6-7 years. mine is 4x4, 22" wheels, Painted Bumpers, trailer Brake controller, Surround Camera, Air ride and the 33 gallon Tank. 5.7 semi non e-torque. I am in love with he truck it is extremely quiet on the road the day I got it I drove it 300 miles from Dallas to Houston and it was great. In terms of Price it is expensive but in comparison to a Limited F150 it is 20k less and interior wise not on the same level. The Ram is leaps and bounds above the f150 Platinum and Limited. Just a beautiful job they did.

I use the in floor boxes as coolers on trips and they work great for that and since they are now larger that is even better. There is So much storage space. USB chargers everywhere are a hit with the kids. Love they put a 12 volt outlet at the top center of the dash for my radar detector. Back seat room is incredible and glad they went to the flat floor. I have a few things I hope get ironed out but know it will. So far love it and cant wait to put some more miles on it. zW8lknIXSiGhZnm0RRxw2Q.jpg

Ordered 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie QC, Hemi, two-wheel drive in Billet Silver with the Mountain Brown/Light Frost Interior on 30 April 2018.

25 May 2019 - Truck built
6 June 2018 - received VON and VIN
8 July 2018 - Ramcare informed me truck went out of JS today and now in KZ, on hold for rail car
18 July 2018 - My truck first appeared on Ram inventory website and listed as "in transit."
18 July 2018 - Ramcare informed me that truck scheduled ETA Buffalo, NY on 26 July 2018.
19 July 2018 - Ramcare informed me that truck is "somewhere between Ohio and Buffalo, NY on rail.
25 July 2018 - truck delivered to dealer in Rochester, NY.

I've been told this is the first two-wheel drive 2019 to be delivered in the Northeast, maybe perhaps anywhere.
Sad part: I ordered Limited Slip Differential but was not on the filing order. When ordering, verify all equipment before dealer places the order.

Regards,
Dusty
