Looking for someone who may have a lead on some dodge oem connectors ... might be a Longshot. But I recall someone on these forms
making other types of harnesses .. maybe someone can put me in touch with said person.

Basically looking for what ever plug ends come from factory that would plug into oem wiring and the back of the oem push to start plug (see attached photo) I was able find idata ch12 harness for the dodge ram had the plugs. But to Buy that harness for 80cad to Basically cut off the 2 plugs I needed seems like a waste..

Any help is appreciated

Female connector: 776204-2 : Multilock Connector System Automotive Housings
Male connector: 345178-2 : AMP MULTILOCK, CONNECTOR HOUSING

And you’ll also need (4) of each of these (to pin the wires to the connectors):

Female connector terminals: 175180-2 : AMP MULTILOCK, RECEPTACLE AND TAB
Male connector terminals: 173682-1 : AMP MULTILOCK, RECEPTACLE AND TAB

This is the kit I bought just to get the push to start wiring harness. But the factory wire plugs into this, then that plugs into the push-to-start button. Then I pick the two wires that go to the red wire and install a tiny push button hidden switch in the side of the top tray. so I have to push this switch to be able to start my truck. for a kill switch

Do you happen to know which of the wires is the starter output trace wire? I know black is ground, Red is 12v input but I'm not sure of the other 2 colors or purpose. any info would be helpful, Thanks.

VT/BN is ignition switch sense wire.
WH/GN is security K line communication wire.
Both connect to Module, Radio-frequency hub.
When the RF-hub is happy that the key fob belongs to the truck and the transmission is in park signal is received from the BCM, the hub sends a run/start signal to the BCM that
then sends a run/start and starter relay control signals to the Assembly-Power distribution center.

Thank you so much for that reply 😊👍🏼. I have an "auto resetting latching relay switch" setup to interrupt a circuit that would still allow remote start that id like to install. I was planning on interrupting the brake Interlock circuit but i have a 2021 DT Ram and its wired different. I'm Assuming the remote start bypasses the ignition push button but I also figure interrupting one of those other wires (other than the red power or black ground wire) would Not allow the signal to be released to the starter. I'm probably ignorant for thinking that... But, Any idea which that would be and if there would be any OBD codes... If thats possible? I appreciate Any info..... I'm Trying to learn but it's not easy without people like you willing to help... OR lots of money!

And just so I'm clear. VT/BN is Violet purple with a brown trace... Correct?
