That’s mint, I wanted a BDS but my shop deals with pro comp and fabtech here in Ontario. Procomp holds a good warranty, all the dealerships here use procomp. I just liked that BDS replaces the coil spring with a new longer one opposed to compressing the stock ones. I also wanted coil overs lol, but I had to draw the line on the total build. They look and perform great I’m sure.

Thanks! Ive been wanting coil overs since my jeep days so I decided to go for it and im very happy I did. The ride is great and I love the capability.
Procomp is a good company and has been around forever. My buddy has an 02 1500 with a 6" procomp lift and has never had any issues with it and hes going on 15+ years with it and over 100k miles.

Nice brother! That makes me feel better about the lift :)

11 mpg city 14 hwy with 3.92 gears, 5+1 lift on air suspension, 22" fuel blitz and 37" ridge grapplers. Rides OK, compared to some other cheaper cars. But no where near as smooth as it was stock.

This thread is the devil! I’m a ways away from lifting and it’s killing me.

Between the Pulsar in Performance mode and the 37's, MPG is averaging 12... But I'm told I drive with a heavy foot. When I'm dropping $9 or 10k on lifts/wheels/and 37's, MPG isn't really part of the equation for me anymore. Still rubs when you have the wheel cranked and I'm on it and bouncing around in the dirt. IMO I don't think you're going to get 37's under a 4" without some heartache. Between the coil overs and the Hellwig, I hit the same turns at the same speeds as when it was stock and it doesn't feel "tippy" at all. Hands down, the smoothest lifted truck I've ever ridden in. The thing is STUCK to the ground.

I’m on 35s with a leveling kit. I think a 4in lift would for sure clear 37s.

If you got pizza cutters lol
I need 8” lift to fully clear(barely) 37”x13.5” on 24x12 -44 OS. You’d need less offset and skinnier wheel/tire ;)

You might clear them going down the road Straight ahead until you turn the wheel lol. 6in bds here with 35s on a 20x10 and I have a little rub on the back of the fender at full crank in reverse.

Unless you go with a 9” wide wheel with a 0 offset or something and 37s that run small I don’t think you’ll get it to work unless you cut the cab and bumper. I’m at 6.5” of lift now and I’d say mayybe 5.5” would be the minimum and you’d have to completely cut the pinch weld off.

I have air suspension with 5" RC lift + 1 inch lift via adjustable air links and I still couldn't fully clear my 37x12.5" tires. I had to trim the wheel wells and cut part of the pinch weld. I still rub a little bit in Aero mode.

Hey guys. I could care less of gas mileage lol I love the look!
37x13.5 on 24x12 -44 with 8” lift. Recalibrated, searching for 8th gear a bit on the Hwy but not that bad. I have zero rubbing issues even at full turn.

Hey man you have 3.21 gears right? I’m curious what rpm you’re at going 75mph? On my truck with 3.92s I’m at 1950rpms at 75 with the 3.92 gears. Thanks

Hey, yes 3.21. I’ll have to check when I take it out. 1950 seems high to me on from what I remember but I’ll get back to you my friend. She’s not a daily driver so whenever I’m in it I pay attention to its cleanliness

Hey I found this picture! I was doing 110km (68.5mph) in 8th sitting @ around 1400 rpm. I remember taking this when this question arose last time lol
But I’ll still check @ 75 and snap a pic for ya if this doesn’t help lol
