If you mean the one above Assist, if the LED is on, it disables the interior lights if you open a door. Great for hunting, cow tipping. or other late night hijinks.

What @Edwards said, that there is a cow tipping button. They'll never see you coming...if you can figure out a way to turn off your DRL's (well...accent lights)
