Order Tracking

Day 46 and I'm still in D...I should clarify thsis..apparently I got kicked back to C at some point last week, as according to Ram now I only show being in D for three days...and apparently they have no record of an escalation being processed.

Freaking joke now...
 
must be a common theme i was at D for exactly 6 weeks and today D1 ill be happy if I get it in the next 6 weeks and not upset as long as it comes in the next 10 weeks.

I have dealt with this too. They say they will escalate it but then when you check back they never did.

What sucks is looks like you set in Rail yard for 2 weeks!!?!
This has your order date as 4/8 which is 10 weeks ago? Is that not right?
 
In talking to customer service today I kept trying to get more answers out of the woman I was speaking too. She finally said to me..." I don't want to make you any promises" I then said, "I am not looking for promises I am looking for the truth" . She then pretty much told me she can only talk "On Script"

I have noticed that a lot more the last 7-10 days. Canned response. Nothing else
 
Ford will continue to outsell RAM with these problems there having....

i don't know maybe my math was wrong. I figured 12 weeks. my truck is in KZ-T which is on its 2nd rail. Went from Michigan to Ohio to Indiana.

Since April to today (June) these employees have gotten a lot more scripted.
 
My original truck ordered on 4/24 (with tow mirrors, lol) standard Hemi is still in KZ status today. My second truck ordered on 6/12( with OUT tow mirrors) e-torque Hemi is already in D-1 status according to Ram chat and my dealer so who knows. Neither has Ram box.
 
I don't understand how hard it is to get the Rambox trucks built though..
Basically same design with a few minor changes to the lighting etc an added a plug for charging.
I'm sure its just a marketing ploy to some extent but FCA needs to get the trucks out to the consumer to increase sales in which there WAY behind on an now I can understand why..

I ordered Limited w/RAM boxes on 5/23 and my dealership told me on Friday they just hung up phone with RAM and my truck probably won’t be built until end of July and then expect 3 weeks after to take delivery.
 
Ordered a Ivory loaded Longhorn with Ramboxes on May 4. Still in D status. I've searched everywhere to see if I could find another Rambox truck that was either delivered or for sale and no luck. I think it this point, its safe to assume that the Ramboxes are the holdup. The next question is why? and more importantly, when can we expect them to be built? July? I'm okay if that's true but I'm kinda ready for my truck!!

If they start too build in july (could be later even) then you for sure won't have it till August or later
 
I'll randomly search ram trucks site for any 1500's in a 150 mile radius with either etorque or ramboxes. Obviously never had any luck UNTIL, today! One pops up with ramboxes in ft Wayne, IN that is in transit. The bad news is...looks to be an error lol No ramboxes on the window sticker, but still first time this error was even made in my experience. Hey....still progress!!lol
