Order Tracking

Sweet - my Window Sticker is now available (thanks to the automated email prompt from cryptostickers). It took 2-3 days in the accessories shop for BUG and side steps install.

Also got the call from Carl yesterday on the way home from work, and headed down to Criswell this morning. Have to say, if you're thinking of ordering from Carl @ Criswell, he's a good dude and buying from him was an easy, straightforward experience. Great price, no hassles, truck was all ready when I got there, and everything was delivered exactly as promised!

The ride back home was about 210 miles of absolute joy. I hope that the rest of the wait for everyone else passes fast, and it ends with a big smile on your face - just like mine did!

i am also waiting on my build! i call the dealer yesterday to see if i could they could give me a VIN or VON number so i could check on the status. i ordered on 4-13 and asked for the vin on 4-23. they did give me both numbers. my status is waiting on the part list to be filled. i am hoping this doesn't take to long. i also ordered the safety group and other things that might required computer chips which may delay the built due to the shortage. I am not sure if ram is seeing a shortage of chips, i did test drive GMC and Chevy and the salesman were pushing the shortage angle "hey we only have a few trucks no idea when we will get more" even though they had $4400 incentive. the ram was the best ride, best shifting tranny and best power in my opinion, not to mention the cab seemed to have better designed and layout. Chevys cab seemed very plain and dated, i felt like i was stepping back in time to my 90's s-10 blazer the had a video screen. ram put a lot of thought into the design like the extra storage etc. rear seat ipad holder extra charging ports. those little thing add up. i do have a family and planning pulling a camper so the convince of those things matter.
I can tell you the chip shortage is a real problem for these guys - but your build looks similar to mine and I'll say this: it's definitely worth the wait. Hang in there!

Congrats, I placed an order with Carl 2 weeks ago. Thanks for putting all that info on your timeline. I'm only 20 minutes away from Criswell. So as soon as I get that call I'm there. Did they put a Criswell decal on the back?

Thanks, and no problem - glad the timeline helps! As for the decal, they did put it on - but Carl removed it for me. I'm just not a fan of any stickers/decals on my vehicles. I can't tell that it was ever there.

Did they have all your parts instock?

If the window sticker is present then the process should be well past parts gathering. Usually parts are gathered and then the truck is scheduled to be built, then once the build begins the build sheet becomes available at some point, and window sticker is usually after it's built (but maybe before accessories install?).

Ram chat said on 3/23 that it was in the final build stages and is pending inspection

Can someone help me track my order? VON 48463534 ordered 3/5/21 BIN 3/14/21. It’s in D schedule as of two weeks ago. I escalated and no update since. Limited crew, 6’4” bed, night edition, technology package, 33 gal tank.

All you can do is contact RamChat and the dealer. Dealer will have most accurate information.

I have contact RamChat several
Times and have been given the same info. My dealer has been zero help, well my salesperson is garbage. I was actially chatted with very rudely by one of the ramchat operators, when I asked when I could escalate the build he told me that he couldn’t discuss internal protocols with me.
