Order Tracking

Does anyone know if these trucks are built in the order which they are received? Or do higher optioned builds take longer? I ordered a bighorn CC 6’4 bed level 1 equip and org 4 days ago and am already losing my mind waiting!

Ya so I couldn’t wait any longer. My dealer got a new Rebel in on Thursday’s night, went and drove it with the wife and she smiled the whole time she drove it and gave approval. I signed papers today and pick it up Monday. Truck specs in my signature.

Are you missing options compared to your order?

Your going to be waiting 7-9 weeks. It won't be moving for a few weeks waiting for parts to be sourced.

I'm new to this forum. I just ordered my Ram 1500 on 3/11/21. My dealer told me that the custom orders go to the head of the line vs dealer stock orders. I was told 4-8 weeks.

Yes, it gets priority over Dealer Stocking orders. Figure on 8 weeks to build and another week or two for delivery. That's if there's no delay in sourcing parts. With the current chip and seat foam shortage, it might be a little longer...

don’t you say that! Haha

In all seriousness, my dealer told me it’s looking to be around 8 weeks for delivery. Now my only issue is do I want to start buying parts for it now or when it arrives. Hhmmmmmm

Ahh yes the mods. So many to order before the truck is here.

Seems like everything is still disrupted due to the WuFlu, I'd start shopping for parts now in case things need to be ordered.

I was at 13.5 weeks when I gave up on my order, mind you I’m in Canada so I don’t know if that makes a huge difference.

Order now, Husky liners were 4 weeks and mudflaps took 6 weeks. I am sure inventory varies, but better to have it when the truck gets there.

My list:
DiamondBack Bed Cover
Husky mud flaps and lines
Fuel Cap
Front grill cover (ordered EcoDiesel)
Bug Deflector
Fumoto Valve
Tazer DT
12" Screen protector
I have about half the stereo upgrade parts accumulated, and MTI is building a subwoofer box.

I did not think about wheel well liners. Does anyone know if the limited comes with them, if not what are you guys using?

What’s everyone buying for a tonneau cover if you have the ram boxes, I’m having a hard time finding one other than the Mopar one. TIA

I thought I read somewhere that the Ltd Longhorn and Limited come with liners.

I ordered a Laramie level 2500 Gasser on March 8th. I have the VIN but nothing else. Also told at order time blind spot monitoring was not available even though it's in the package I selected. Dealer made no mention of discount for that but I found it online and sent it to him. Sure hoping it gets included anyway.
Did I overlook a post or two regarding built times for 2500 trucks v. 1500?

I'm torn between Diamondback and Retrax

Week 18 update: Dealer call today to announce me that if I remove the blind spoth monitoring and the Advanced Safety Group, my truck will go in the fast lane to get built. Otherwise, the waiting game continue.....Good Job FCA!
