Order Tracking

If your truck is already not arriving until late December, why not just wait until Jan 5th and get the much better incentives?

Alright need some advice. Ordered 10/05 on the train on 11/16...arrival date to Az depot has been pushed 3 times ( 1st 11/28, then 12/6 and now 12/13). It is very frustrating that it keeps being pushed back and the new date to just the ramp puts it at 11 weeks. To the dealer will push it to 13 weeks, seriously considering a Ford hybrid off the lot . I didn’t wait this long for a car from Germany that had to cross the Atlantic. Should I wait or just let it go? Seems FCA can’t get out of their own way.

January incentives won’t be announced until January

Have they announced the January incentives?
Nobody knows the next months incentives until released by FCA. There is no insider information here. Unless an offer says it extends into next month obviously.

If it’s delivered on the back half of this month, I will probably wait til the January offers. Anything is better than what I have right now since I agreed to my price plus whatever rebates are available. Even if they allow me to take the EP instead of our previous agreed price, the interest I would have to pay on the half that I’d finance at 2.9% would push the price right back to the original price we agreed on.
So any rebate offered in January would be better by reducing my agreed price plus 0% financing. Assuming 0% is available on the non EP.
At least that’s how I have it figured in my head. 😂

That's why I don't understand the "much better rebates" claim.

Where I live, Laramie rebates are 500 dollars. That is significantly lower than rebates have been ever since the Ram came out in 2018 as a 2019 model.

The reason is that “employee pricing” is in lieu of the rebates.

So unless the employee pricing gimmick is extended into January, rebates are almost guaranteed to go up based on nearly 3 years of data.

People will always hold out hope that the month their truck arrives with have much better rebates than the current offers. Truth is they could either improve or get worse.

Have you not reached out to your dealership or ram cares for updates?

Don’t feel bad I ordered mine on October 5th and they keep saying it’s in transit ...and due to COVID .....it’s painful

Have you used Ram live chat to check up on it?

These were at the hotel I was at this morning.

Ordered RAM 3500 on 11/7/2020. Just heard from sales rep that it is in D1. I don't expect the truck until end of February - beginning of March

So, when you work for the railroad you use your railroad connections to track your truck... I knew what car it was in, what position it was in inside the rail car, and that is landed in Selkirk, NY today!!! Should have it by tomorrow or Saturday the lastest...

I will say I was surprised how long it took from New Boston, Michigan to Selkirk, NY, took over a week... Weird....

Ya I think my truck is on a train with a max speed of 5 MPH. It left MI on 11/16 and still has not landed in AZ. Hell it may still be in MI for all I know.

Hello new bestfriend. How about finding out where my trucks at since apparently no one has any idea or ETA lol - Ram keeps saying it's on the train but no where or when it will arrive. It's been a week. Pretty sure it took the scenic route.
