Well I am officially at day 28 of JB status.

Ramchat said it can spend max 30 days right? Seems awfully long, I wonder if there's a way to escalate?

I'd imagine you'd want to call your dealer asap and talk to who ever you ordered through, I feel like it would be locked in stone but I don't know. Either way call ASAP.

I called the dealer to see if I could change the gas tank size a few days after I ordered and they said no. Within a day or two parts start to get ordered. All you can do is re-order a new one (but you may lose your deposit). This means the calendar would start all over.

Just received an email from my dealer and he said the truck is in framing process as of this morning. Didn’t give an ETA anyone have any pass experience from this point On timeframe? My lease is due 12/5 so debating if I should extend a month or not.

The build usually takes a day or two. It’s fast. After that it’s hard to say. Some of us go to the mopar shop for a few add ons(spray in bed liner, power running boards, etc). I was in and out of there in a day or two. sounds like @Wch_chip has been there for 28 days now. It also depends where you are shipping to. I’m San Jose and spent about 20 days on a train.

I have the spray in bed liner and sunroof. Not sure if that’s part of mopar shop and it’s being shipped to Maryland. Kinda hoping it’s not here until december to See if rebates change but it is what it is either way I’m excited its moving now.

That's what they say I guess we'll find out. I escalated it with Ram Chat and someone contacted me one time about 10 days ago. My dealer is adamant that it's the sunroof but others have one too and move out of JB in days.

Ordered on 9/10. Build sheet on 10/20. Window sticker 10/24. Arrived at the rail yard outside of Philly 11/6 (less than one hour from the dealer). Arrived at the dealer on 11/12 (of course in the pouring rain). But - after a little over eight weeks ...

Question guys my truck will be here no later than the 29th maybe sooner but in the beginning of a house refinance. Does ram have a term limit on how long they can hold your order for? This could take another month just wondering if they can sell it under me

This makes me think they damaged something. Maybe the Sunroof broke while sitting outside or a kid the a rock at it so they have to replace it. I think my dealer is full of it because I would think the sunroof would be installed at the factory not the upfitter.

Just a heads up that refi’s seem to be taking longer these days. My broker told me that refi’s are lower priority for lenders and they’re generally swamped. Had one friend take 6 months, another 4. Mine just completed took about 2.5 months

Build sheet received. I received an email from https://cryptostickers.net/, even though I've been checking that site constantly. I wish i could just lie back and let it happen, but I'm impatient af. Lol

My Rebel arrived at Koon's yesterday. Just over 9 weeks from the order date. I'm not sure when my build sticker showed up, I stopped checking for a few weeks. When I looked on November 1, it was there. It didn't show up on Crypto Stickers until 8 days later.

Finally took delivery!!

Only problem is the proximity system does not seem to work on the driver side door. Hope they don’t have to take off the entire inside door panel to fix it

I agree. Unless they install the roof with the cutout then send it offsite to actually install the pane. If you’re bored there is a Sterling Heights Ram manufacturing video on YouTube. If you look closely you might be able to see if they install it in the factory or not.

I was talking to the dealer last night. He said sometimes trucks are delivered faster than others because an order may not be a unicorn and an exact non sold build is queued up for production already. They will simply flip that build to a sold order and the lucky buyer just skipped 2-4 weeks of waiting for parts.
