Haha well what do they expect? We are excited! Pre shipping I definitely bugged ram chat everyday and never spoke my salesperson. Once it shipped ram chat didn’t give me any info other than it shipped and the estimated delivery.
I don’t think it would hurt to ask your dealer where it’s currently located. Hopefully you’re moving west (vs south).
Once I got on a west bound rail line it seemed as if my truck was crossing a state per day. Not sure if that helps lol.
I got word today that my truck is being unloaded and we go into a black hole with no information as to went they load a full truck up and deliver it to the dealer. Ughhhh

Yeah if by noon tomorrow I haven't heard from my salesman the dealership in general is getting a call.
I need some kind of info. Tomorrow the last part I ordered before even having the truck comes in... Haha.

Just chatted with Ram Chat, my truck is in shipping status now, ETA 11/17-11/25. Ordered on 10/15, VIN available 10/20, Window sticker available 11/03. Things are going so much faster than I thought.
vin is usually the first thing you get, usually can get it a day or 2 after you put in your order. Hit up the ram chat with the vin and they can give you more info.
hahaha i got maurice last night after i sent that post for a second time. Every other time its been different people.... you dont have to sit face to face with maurice when youre doing paperwork trying to finalize a deal lol. Dont be that guy to your dealer in my opinion. Think of it this way, every chat they work that is just giving a truck update is one less conversation they are in getting yelled at by some Karen whos upset that Apple car play isnt letting her text and drive.

Looks like I have a bit of a wait. They just got the materials for the build, and haven't started it.
I'm in no rush though, I need to extend my driveway prior to the truck coming.

The dealer told me his best guess is by next Friday. I hope he said that just to manage expectations. Would be great if they get it this weekend.

Got the update today after having to call. I can see this is going to be a problem.
Expected at the tail yard on the 17th so estimating dealer 20th. So just like you Friday of next week.
You posted at approximately 1940 Eastern Time on a Saturday. If that's what time you're attempting to reach Ram Chat, it's no surprise there are no agents available.

The worst part is when it gets to the railyard lol. You know it’s only a few miles away but days away from driving it lol. I’m going crazy here waiting. Plus I’m flying out of town the week of thanksgiving. I may get a day with the truck (or no time at all if it’s delayed). Oh well I’ve made it this far. Surely I can go a few extra days... maybe
