Ordered a week ago. Did the online chat to check on status, was given my VIN and told that all parts were ready to build or something like that but there was no build date listed as of now. What phase does that put me in?

If you have a Vin and all parts are on hand you are in D1 status, the Ram chat us very helpful it goes fast around your build date, I went from D1 to G(trim) to KZL status in four days! These are the codes!

Great looking truck! Do you have spray in bed-liner? I ask because we ordered almost the same time and mine is in KB since the 2nd of June. Mine had power running boards and spray in liner but generally all the same as you, wondering if it’s the running boards they are out of??

Picked up today! Ordered on 3/6 with build date of the day the plant closed! Delayed until 5/26 build day, delivered last night to dealership!

Congratulations! Still in D1, but at least now I have hope!!!

Thats crazy, I ordered on 5/30 and I've been stuck in D1 dealership nor chat has a estimated build date unless they bsn.... congrats though make sure you share pictures when you get her!!!

So I checked with Ram Chat today via phone. She said the truck is built and finished and ready for shipping. Although shipping had not been finalized yet, ETA to the dealership (Koons in DC) is June 22 - July 6 2020.

Ordered on 4/27/2020. Limited, 4x2, Pano, Rambox, MFT, 5.7 w/E Torque, 3:21, Tonneau Cover, Granite Crystal, Black leather.

Same here. Ordered 5/19, still in D1. We'll see how it goes, but if it starts taking too long, I may just not take delivery and wait for the 21s.

Wow. That’s great news. Hopefully the factory is getting back to full production soon. I ordered my limited 3/23. I check weekly with Ram and Chat and they just keep telling me they have all the parts For my truck and it will be built soon ( D1 ). The last agent I chatted with on Monday told me he could not understand why my truck is so delayed. He gave me a case number and told me he was escalating it and I would get a phone call or an email in 1 to 2 days. I have not heard anything yet.

So my Window Sticker posted today! Also got an email from Koons that it should arrive in the next couple of weeks and what to bring with me. Our trucks will definitely arrive on the same truck you would think! There’s another guy on here that his was finished also and will probably be on the same truck as ours! That’s at least 3 ordered trucks that I know of coming to Koons at the same time. I’m thinking it will be around 4th of July week (right before or after the 4th). I hope the July rebates are better!!

I found that when I called Ram Chat vs using the chat function, that I actually got more information. Another Forum member found that to be the case for him also. I was getting the same person and got zero from them. So if you haven’t called, try it. Good Luck!!

I agree on the rebates. I have the week after the 4th off and have a plane ticket ready to go.

We won’t know for sure until July hits and the rebates, financing, and rules of each are published.

You can call FCA and ask them. It’s based on your zip code. This is what was available for me (dealer provided this). The $500 one is cash if you finance with FCA. Dealer suggested to only do that when the cash is $1500+ since the FCA rates aren’t great, but it all depends on your credit. I’m getting 2.49% for 65m with my local credit union.
