That is a long trailer. 36ft?
It's 37ft ball to bumper...

8000lb dry
1000lb hitch

Yes...the trailer is to big for the truck but it handled it a lot better than I was expecting. The trailer was empty of everything except hoses and what not up front. I used to pull it with my 07 f350 but traded that in for my ram because of 6.0 things lol. We are selling the trailer so I just had to pick it up from getting serviced and drop it off at the house. Like I said it handled it a lot better than I was expecting. A little wag the dog but nothing i couldnt handle. It would have been better if I had the full 80psi in the truck tires, but all the filling stations were down.

I grew up on a farm and 3/4 of what we hauled was well past limits. You just got to be careful and plan accordingly. Pretty cool it handled it that well though.

Dayum.. thats a big camper.. hows your rig do with it?
I only towed it once from the shop back to my house...about 60 miles 1/2 freeway...1/2 mountains. I did ok...a little wag the dog. I think if I had a full 80lbs in the tires and tightened up the wd another notch it would be better. Definitely to big for the truck for big trips. I. Selling it anyways so no biggie.

This was our rig at the top of Vail Pass west of Frisco a few weeks ago. Did fine going over a few 10K+ grades.

Looks great how’s it ride? What kind of suspension you running? Love that there’s no squat

Nice setup! Curious if you have any aftermarket suspension? Also wondering how bad the truck squats
Great set up. Leaving for a long weekend trip today. Will try to remember to post.

Bought this camper for the wife to tow behind her 2019 explorer, I tow the rzr 4 seater with our yamaha kodiak on the back of the 20 ft trailer with 3 dirtbikes in the bed usually, behind my trick this feels light, behind her explorer it's a bit scary. 20220713_175304.jpg

This was a rental last month, no WDH, no airbags. Roughly 5,000# trailer. Just put a down payment on a 2022 Imagine 2400BH, installed the airlift1000HD bags today, and will use a Equilizer 4pt WDH.

Just a hair over 5,000 lbs dry and hitch weight about 540. Had quite a bit of sag even with the WDH before the new lift and airbags. Definitely drives much better now that things are leveled out.
