Thanks for the feedback. I've pretty much given up on the dream of running 35s and I was just getting ready to pull the trigger on buying 295/60/R20s which equates to a 33.9" tire. But after reading that you still had rubbing issues running 33s with a 2.5" leveling kit, I'm at a loss now... I really didn't want to invest in a lift kit and a 2" lift is all I can do anyhow to not void the warranty. I also have premium mud flaps which may cause rubbing issues as well with bigger tires.

So, I realize the North Edition is basically just a Big Horn that banged a Rebel. But I’m interested to see how many people out there, made the choice to go with it. I personally wasn’t even aware it was a thing, until my salesman pulled a white one around for me. And to be quite honest..he didn’t even know what it was haha. I ended up doing most of the research into what the actual package entailed. Long story short, I found a 2020 Granite Crystal on their lot, it gave me everything I needed, and saved me about $10k from the Rebel I initially wanted.

Post yours up and anything you’ve done to it.

Your truck is badass. That's the nice thing about the North Edition, even 100% stock, it's a sweet looking truck. I went with Patriot Blue but the Granite was my 2nd choice.

I had 33s with a 2.5” level kit -19 offset and they rubbed , so I’m sure 35s even with 0 offset will rub .
Thanks for the feedback. After much research and feedback, 35s with only a leveling kit are definitely off the table. What was the exact size of your 33s? I just ordered 295/60R20s and after looking at my stock 275/55R20s at full lock, I only have about 1” of clearance before it hits the back of my mud flaps. I have no problem cutting off the back of the mud flaps if that’s the only issue I’ll have but I’m guessing I’ll have rubbing issues in other places???

Here's my 2019 1500 Crew 4x4 North Edition. V8 eTorque with 3.92 rear and max tow package. Tows the same loads I hauled with my 2013 F350 V8 crew but with a nicer ride and better fuel mileage. Already received the ReadyLift 3.5" lift which may be a wash with the North Edition since we shouldn't use the 2" preload spacer making the lift effectively a 1.5" front and 2" rear lift. Not sure if this will be enough to clear 35x12.50x20's on 20x9 0mm offset but have seen some that claim it will with the full 3.5" lift installed. Thinking I'll try the install without the 2" spacer and if the rubbing is bad enough that minor trimming doesn't work, I'll install the spacers.

I really like the new North Edition sticker on the 2020's that say NORTH with the mountains vs the plain 4x4 sticker on the 2019's.
I like the North decal on the 20s as well. I’m going to have my local decal shop put that under the 4x4 decal on mine. The 4x4 decal on the 19s is closer to the back of the bedside then the 20s and there is no room to put the North decal there.

I picked mine up two weeks ago and love it. i Wish I went with the 3.92 gears bit I was sold on the 3.21 based off of gas mileage. BTW that is BS unless you live in a totally flat state. First white truck I have ever owned, my 2003 was granite and my 2008 was black.

Look up the user - mrbullred - and his Built to Serve. The BTS have the ORP as well. He's running 35s w/ a 2 inch level.

I had my heart set on a Rebel. But, I wanted the EcoDiesel and 3.92 axle more, and no dealers here had a Rebel with those options. So, I took the next closest thing which was a Bighorn with Level II group and EcoD with 3.92s. It also had the North Edition package but I didn't even know what the North Edition really was.

Once I got home and started looking it all over, I realized that North Edition basically takes the Cold Weather group, Off Road group, and Sport Appearance group and marries them together for $1,500. What a steal!! Those are all packages I wanted anyhow!

I actually have ended up loving this North more than a Rebel, because it has things like the AWD t-case, heated steering wheel, etc.

With simply a 1.5" level kit ($25 from eBay) I fit 295/60R20s on 20x9 wheels with 0 offset. These tires are equally as tall as the 35s I ran on my Jeeps before. They measure out 33.5" on the truck, whereas the 35s measured out 33.75" on my Jeeps. Almost identical. So yes, you CAN run 35s on these Ram North Editions with a simple leveling kit.

I've added:

Step rails
GTR Lighting Ultra 2 LED headlight bulbs
Supernova V.4 fog light bulbs
20% tint
Dual Liner bed liner
Vision Nemesis wheels
Milestar Patagonia M/T tires
Bushwacker OE flares

Love your truck and the color too as it’s the same as my 19 NE. The stance looks great considering only a 1.5” leveling kit. I assume you have some rubbing issues with your 34s with 0 offset because another member with a NE said he had rubbing issues with his 33s running a 2.5” lift.

Nope, absolutely zero rubbing anywhere. I posted that one picture with the wheels turned so you can clearly see there's daylight between the mud flap in the front and the tire. NO rubbing.

When I bought my tires, previous experience told me they'd measure out an inch shorter than the listing, but when I put the level and tape on them, they're every bit as big as the 35x12.50R17 and 315/70R17 tires I ran on my Jeep Gladiator. I was surprised at how big they are. But....they do fit! Thankfully!

Well, I finally got my lift and tires installed. Here are some before and after pics along with some ground to top of wheel well measurements.
Looks like I gained a little over 3.5" in front and a little over 3" in the back. Tires are 295/60R20 Falken Wildpeak AT3W. I do have some rubbing on the back of the mud flap on which I was certain I would so I will trim as much as I need to.

Nice truck! Welcome to the forum.
Looks good! How did everything line up alignment wise after the lift? I hear people say you can’t lift the 2020 North addition and couldn’t understand why.

Thanks!
No issues with the alignment and the installer said there were no issues during installation. The only reason I'm aware of you may have heard about not lifting a North Edition is the 1" lift we already have from the ORP springs can put additional stress on the ball joints from the more aggressive angles from the kit. With the kit being all Mopar, everything is covered under warranty so I'm not too worried.
