Do you own a Built to Serve edition w/ the 0249AC springs

We need a poll for those who have ORP springs on there BTS and us who dont. A poll could help our case with FCA and also narrow down the possibility of the issue being package related

I’m not saying it makes sense, but I’m detecting a pattern here. Lol. Does anybody with the tow package have the ORG springs or have standard springs without the tow package?

I believe @Grape_Ape has the standard springs without the trailer tow package.

Maybe they made the ones with tow controller lower so we don't need a hitch with as much of a drop. They were just looking out for us and wanted the best tow experience possible. /s

I just made one.

My apologies. Didn’t think you had it because I didn’t see the trailer tow mirrors on your truck.

Do you guys have those? I have the trailer brake controller. So maybe I'm confused.

I have the trailer brake controller, but not the entire trailer tow group (includes the trailer tow mirrors).

Mine came with Big Horn level 2. Which includes the class IV receiver and both 4-pin and 7-pin plugs. I do not have trailer brake controller. What are we calling the trailer tow package?

And from what I remember, the BTS was supposed to be Big Horn Level 2 on all trucks.

Yeah that’s a good question. Because, yes, the Big Horn Level 2 package does come with the Class IV Receiver and Plugs.

From there, you can either have just the trailer brake controller (no trailer tow mirrors), or you can have the trailer tow group (gets you the brake controller and tow mirrors). Of course, you can also have neither, such as in your case.

Should I make a new poll w/ the trailer brake controller or just keep what we have? Don't want to cause any confusion from my mistake.

Maybe just remove the trailer option. Make it Yes I have ORP springs Part#0249AC or No My truck has Non ORP springs Part#0236AB

Might be stuck with it. I can edit it but can't edit the poll choices or delete it.

Well, there goes our pattern lol.

Could it be the first run trucks mostly? What if that ceramic grey in the picture a few pics back was a 2wd?

Here’s part of the conversation from that photo of the two Ceramic Grays.
