any video of how you installed it.
Sorry I don't have a video but the pictures I originally posted shows everything to get the job done. If you run into any problems let me know and if I know you'll know, lol.

I pulled the aft face off of the center console, and found that there is no wiring for the USB or 12v, but there is a "cubby" between the two A/C registers, and I took it out.
I measured for clearance, and was good to install the outlets there.
Using the bracket that came with it as a template, I drilled two holes to fit using my Harbor Freight step drill. I put the cubby back into the console face, and now, just have to run power to it. That will be tomorrow. Will probably use a mini 2 fuse tap on the circuit that powers the 12v outlet on top of the dash.... more to come.

Here’s the rest of the installation...
I drilled and tapped for a ground screw. Removed the lower four bolts securing the console, so I could lift it about 1/2 inch at the rear.
That allowed me to stuff the red power wire underneath it. I had previously put the wire into “snakeskin” to protect from chafing. By pulling on either end, I was able to position the wire where I wanted it.
I then secured the ground, crimped the power and ground wires, ran them in a wire loom, and secured them with a nylon clamp to an existing screw.
All that was left was to button up the console, snap in the rear bezel, and power up for testing. Worked as designed.

I'd definitely try to find out what happened. Nothing on the back of the center console under the airvents? Can you throw up a picture? I'd be talking to the dealer for sure.
My 2022 BH with Level 1 EQ had only the cubby on the back of the center console. I have the end cap with USBs and 115 Volt from a 2020 jump seat/center console. Thought I would just swap in it; but fixed console and jump set/console have different parts. I've not bought the correct end cap and have installed it.
