Always had a Tundra, but loved the new Rams. Ordered my Laramie Tripple Black. Had it 3 days. The USBs in the media Hub 'they call" , will no longer play my Android auto, and it keeps turning the charger on and off. Other than that it is so sick!!
Thanks for the add to the group.. 2019 Tripple Balck Larmie with E torque, and air ride. Ordered and so far the only one in Texas for now..

Hi, congrats on your new truck..
I've been having the same issue in my limited.. It was working than it stopped.. still charging my phone but not recognizing android auto.. I tried a few cables, even a USBc nothing is working.. I'm thinking its some sort of a short in the uconnect system.. would anyone know how to go about resetting the whole system?

Have you tried uninstalling AA on your phone? I had some initial issues connecting and that resolved it for me... It may also be an update on AA that doesn't place nice with the Uconnect and not the truck at all...

Congrats on your new truck, Rich_Neagle! If you are not already doing so, we suggest using a high quality USB cable when using Android Auto. If this does not help, just send us a private message and we would be happy to look into this further for you.
