Finally received over the air update this morning. Took 30 minutes, update: 19.43.01. In eastern Canada (Nova Scotia)

Hardware ?? I have a jan build day with the N0Gl hardware.

To my surprise, this afternoon I received notification that an update was available. Of course, I IMMEDIATELY accepted and 30 minutes later was all done. I have a 2019 Limited - June 2019 build

Mine was updated earlier today and it lost all my presets and profile. Nowhere to be found. Totally sucks. Have to add a new one and start completely over.

First time poster here, 2020 Limited built 10/19, purchased 2/16/20, just got my update today so we shall see what is different. I've been having a lot of issues since day one, had to take it back to dealer and have their tech answer about 25 questions, thanks to this forum I was well informed as to the glitzy nature of the Connect system and what questions to ask, most questions resolved but not the outdated map date issue (date of map 8/28/18) and a few others.
I am posting the before version and the just updated version. Original version: (18.45.40) Latest version (19.45.13)
Hopefully this will fix some issues.

Same here. Looks like only one other guy reported and update with N0GL. I drove my truck around tonight without any prompts. I am hoping tomorrow i see something.

Same thing here with my N0GL. Nothing. We had an hour ride tonight and nothing.

Until I see a NG0L radio part info screenshot showing it's updated I'm not convinced I'm getting any update.

Build date was 03/2019 for my 3500 RAM Laramie Megacab with HK audio.

Just to add, mine was updated to new version today. Presets are all still there, nothing seems to have been lost.
