Anyone who got an update want to provide a vin? Maybe we can download the update from uconnect..

Will not work, I put in my VIN and it just says I am up to date (maybe because I am!)

Mine is running 18.27.17 (older than @Edwards). But my build was a month or two earlier as well. What version are you on?
I'm also at 18.27.17. I don't know the build date but I purchased mine in August of 2018.

So we have at lease three different hardware versions to contend with. Next up, for those of us that have received the 19.43.1a update, anyone have other than CNSC29N3GL (29N3 version) hardware?

I'll add in another hardware #. Mine is CNSC28N6GL

Running 18.45.40 (28.1)
Build date was 03/2019 for my 3500 RAM Laramie Megacab with HK audio.

Throwing my info in:
HW: CNSC28N0GL
SW: 18.27.17
BM:18.26.01
EQ: 3.4

Built 8/18, no OTAs or dealer updates unless they did it and didn't tell me during the few services/recalls I've had.

You should be able to get an update, but I can say it wont fix most issues.
I have the same HW #, but newer sw, bm, and eq versions.

At this point unless there is some major feature that gets added I don't want one, everything on mine works as it should and has since day 2 of ownership after a soft reset was done.

Can you explain what you mean by soft reset so the rest of us can try it if we're having issues.

If I recall the steps right... You need to be in the vehicle with all doors closed:
1. Place vehicle to On position (not running)
2. Hold down green phone and vr buttons on steering wheel for 30sec
3. Wait for radio screen to go blank
4. Turn vehicle off
5. Open driver door for 30sec
6. Close door and start vehicle

You may have to do it in ACC mode instead of On, but 2nd day of ownership I had no audio through the system and spent an hour being transferred between Uconnect and Sirius until finally got a really helpful lady at Uconnect who said this isn't supposed to work on the 5th gen but let's try it, and it worked.

Thank you for the post!
Did this wipe any settings or just do a simple reboot? By the way the no audio was sometimes fixed by going to an AM station. I can not explain why or how it works but it was a fixed mentioned by someone a while ago. That is what always worked for me when my audio would go out.

I can't remember if any settings were wiped, but I switched to every input, shut the truck off and on a couple times, nothing worked until this.

OTA update just popped up for me. Scheduled for 1:50. Prompt told me to have the truck off and in park.

You have the same versions (and similar build date) as mine was before my update to 19.43.1a, looks like the 29N3's are all going to get updated.

Can anyone confirm they got the OTA update and has a hardware version other than 29N3?

Updated no issues. On startup I had maybe 15 seconds of load up time. It had the 5 loading dots blinking the whole time. But audio playing from my phone. Looked around and everything seems the same. My EQ stayed the same, and couldn’t tell if the actual sound changed any. Looked around and it all looks the same. If I notice anything I’ll report back.
