Yes they fixed my issue by replacing the whole radio unit behind the screen, so not the actual screen.

Can you tell us what Radio Hardware you have now? It seems those that are having problems may be from a few specific hardware versions

Ok, I’m sitting here watching a rig up out in the middle of no where in W Texas and I get the pop up “ there is an update for your vehicle” along with some other information. States vehicle must be off as others stated.
build date 5/19. I haven’t had any issues with system at all. I hope this doesn’t screw it up. How do you know when it’s completed. I have other sites to visit and don’t want to turn it on in middle of update

It will tell you when its complete with the message like others have posted. Mine said it was going to take 44 min, but I'm not really sure how long it took because I was at home and just went inside and let it go, I came back after an hour+ and it was done.

So far it appears that it is updating the NFGL hardware version.

I haven't gotten the update, but I have N0GL hardware..

I have. 2020 limited as well and I don’t have any single issue with my 12 inch my truck is perfect
