More fuel questions - Top Tier and high octane

Turns out that Rutters just did the Top Tier partnership at the end of March.

The chain is Rutters. They have around 70 stores over three states. Here is a link to their site and Top Tier info. Rutters Gasoline

I don't know how long this has been there. I just noticed it as I just learned about Top Tier.

Interesting. The only thing I can think of is that they are buying from another Top Tier retailer or distributor. The only other explanation is that Top Tier just hasn't updated its website. Either way, Rutters has a very detailed explanation about it on their website, so I'm inclined to believe they're legit. You could always make some inquiries at the store or through their corporate office.
