Ahhh..Thank you.
I installed one on my 2020 Ram 1500 Rebel 5.7L Hemi. I gained a couple of mpg and a little more horse power. I noticed they have gone up quite a bit since I bought mine.Has anyone installed the 5th generation Mopar Cold Air intake (77072428AC?) If so is it noticeably louder and have you gained anything from it? I'm contemplating ordering one and installing it on my new RAM if it ever comes in. If you have one is it more of hassel to have an oil change? Any thoughts especially pictures are always appreciated.
It's easy to install and doesn't make oil changes a problem.Has anyone installed the 5th generation Mopar Cold Air intake (77072428AC?) I had a Varam on 4th Gen and I think for the price, it's cheaply made. I have the OEM now and looks great and even better buying it for a steal with the Edge PulsarI need one lol looks way better then the varam one that takes your plastic trim out and leaves it bare
Wow that is badass looking!!!Vararam doesn't have you remove the trim and no replace it. You are supposed to trim it and reinstall. View attachment 209065
That’s what I heard. There are mixed reviews on quality.I had a Varam on 4th Gen and I think for the price, it's cheaply made. I have the OEM now and looks great and even better buying it for a steal with the Edge Pulsar
Luckily I bought my used for cheap, but would never buy retail or again at all. That’s what I heard. There are mixed reviews on quality.
Later on down the road I may do the mopar air intake and their exhaust, but I also don’t want it to loud so looking for something little better than stock. I already deleted the resonators which definitely made a differenceLuckily I bought my used for cheap, but would never buy retail or again at all.
I was surprised with the OEM CAI how much "louder" the OEM exhaust got. I still went Carven Catback, for another steal new in box.Later on down the road I may do the mopar air intake and their exhaust, but I also don’t want it to loud so looking for something little better than stock. I don't feel the quality is bad for what you get. It's cheaper than most CAI, looks better, and actually gives a performance increase. Only thing I did was added a better foam seal for the filter base. That’s what I heard. There are mixed reviews on quality.
