We have insurance. $500 deductible, then it pays 90%, $10,000 max per year. Luckily the policy year resets Feb 15.
It looks like she has to have a biopsy of her liver, and intestine. That is another $5,000-ish bill. I just hope it gets scheduled before the policy year resets. Something tells me we will need the full $10,000 next year as well

As he gets older, my dog has developed IBD. It comes and goes, along with the arthritis. There is no cure or treatment, they either get better or they don't. Good luck.

My Bubba had tplo surgery for a torn ccl. That was one hefty bill! Wish I had pet insurance for that.
