@RamCares I am another owner with the problem of a rear window developing a leak at the corner of the window. This is obviously a design defect as many people have this problem and RAM and the MOPAR warranties refuse to cover it. RAM claims it is caused by cracking of the seal, thus allowing small amounts of water to enter. RAm dealership can't get it covered and wants around $2000 for the repair. RAM should have stepped uop long ago to address this design defect and cover the costs, regardless of mileage. Mine is under 3 years old with 63000 miles.
This is the second realy bad experience I have had with RAM and Chrysler. My prior 2014 RAM 2500 Laramie 4x4 was a "runaway". It would randomly take off like a rocket and braking did no good. Only solution was to shift to neutral and hope you go nurse it or tow it to a dealership. It gave no codes and RAM's solution was to "video it next time" - right while I am trying to keep from getting killed or killing someone else. This also was/is a known problem for which RAM & Chrysler refused to stand behind their product and do the right thing.
