I sent @RamCares screenshots of the dealer mode display (you have to scroll down to see all the info) and they were able to help ID the software version.

I still have your original software version and have had numerous update fails. Did you notice any changes? Did the dealer update cost you? Thanks in advance.

Ha ha Sto Lat to you as well!

Yep they charged $150 and it didn’t do squat. RamCares then said it’s a software issue that might be addressed in a future update but had no guess as to timing.
