Laramie Rental shifts way different than my Limited. Possible Trans update?

I still have low speed issues. At the dealer 4 times. Last round did a shift reflash was oK for about a day. Contacted Ram and they closed the inquiry so much for the patronage and lip service. Low speed & in traffic shifting is still crap. I guess my only option is to unload it after a year and take my beating. I still think 8 speeds is unnecessary and part of the problem.

Did that . went to Century in MT airy. Said its fine. Went to Tate Frederick MD. They did tsb 21-005-19 Rev B same issue.
Now I also have a rumble off Idle in 1st gear. Tech at Tate felt it. Had no explanation for it. Sometimes the drivetrain is wound up When I take my foot off the brake it bumps forward. Not good.
