If you can hear or feel it your truck is broken. I've owned 3 Ram's with MDS and it was completely unnoticeable in all 3.
The real reason to disable MDS is not about feeling! It's because it destroys your cam shaft and lifters over time. Unless you have a warranty to cover it you should probably be worried about it. My truck is in the shop now getting the cam shaft and lifters replaced and a fight with the warranty company to just replace the whole engine. In $'s, if i had to pay for this out of poclet it would have been over 10k! The dealer even admitted this is a known issue with the rams and to look at measures to disable the mds.I normally let mds do its thing for the most part. It’s not very noticeable with my exhaust. No drone either
