My first time seeing the 2500 was today and I was blown away. I’d take one of those over the
1500.

The one pictured appears to be a 392. I'm getting 15.4 average over the first 7000 miles. I too like the looks, but not everyone does.

Wow that's sure one long truck :giggle:
IF you think that is long you should see it with the 33' 5th whl connected .... really it is the same size as my 2005 Dodge Big Horn 4 dr with the 8' bed ... after all this is a trk bought to do trk things not a parking lot queen

We have a 8 foot bed on our pickup fire truck but its only a single cab so no where the length of @slimchance

I was a bit worried driving mine to the beach, after all the 5'7 guys saying how hard it is to park and do u turns.

Around here I know what to watch out for and figured that was why I enjoyed it so much.

Well, I did many turns and parked in all the places everyone else did, and I still feel the Crew 8' bed is the truck I should have always had.

You have to plan your turning radius and backing into spots is much easier than pulling in.

The rear park sense and rear view camera, along with the tow mirrors, I put this truck places i would have passed up with my quad cab shortbed.

Wow
What a beautiful composition in black!

I have a strange request ...
I see you have an original removable step in the back
Can you take pictures
Her catalog number?

some new pixs with running boards, mud flaps,cb antenna and B&W (poor pix)

Good looking trucks gents. I’m sitting at 1200 miles now. Almost time for a trade in and an oil change

I like that setup.

I thought the Companion only worked with the Turnover ball gooseneck hitch? My F-250 had a different gooseneck hitch so I added a Draw-Tite 16k on rails. I hated that setup, but it was done at that point (too many holes in the bed to change). I always said that if I did it again, I would do the Turnover gooseneck with the Companion 5th wheel. That said, this was before 5th wheel prep on stock trucks was a thing.

I really like that it fits under the tonneau cover.

Of course now I cruise around in my 1500 (said I'd never own) Ram (said I'd never own) while my trailer is set up semi-permanently on a site. Things change, I suppose.

nope, here is where i got mine for the Ram 5th whl prep ...
took about hour and a half to get it in ...

Forgive me but why so long to get it in? Seems more streamlined than even the gooseneck shank model I had and even lighter at that.
