Heated seats problem ??

Heated seats have low med high on the 12in u connect I select medium and it only goes to low or high anyone else have this problem and know how to fix this ?? Thanks

If your Ram is still within the warranty period, this is an excellent opportunity to visit your local Ram service department and demonstrate the issue.
The service person can see and reproduce the symptom.
At least this time they can't say it's normal behaviour.
Or that there's nothing wrong because no codes are set.
