This happened to me last week while I was literally putting air in my tire. Scared the sh** out of me!
just happened to me today. Sitting in the truck on lunch with the ac on and truck honked once flashers started going off and the dash went to the tire pressure screen. 2020 rebel 5500 miles. Anyone take it in for a fix?

This has happened to me since I posted last. Freak issue, probably impossible to duplicate.
Just realized my typo. This issue hasn't happened since that time, but if it did I'll definitely follow up with RamCares.Hi all,
If at any point you decide to have this looked into further by your dealer, please be sure to follow up with us via private message. I would be more than happy to escalate a case on your behalf so that a specialist can work alongside your dealer to exhaust all resources in addressing this.

This happened to me today too. Tire valve is rear tire is leaking. Was filling up the tire and then the hazards started flashing and would randomly honk. Have had the truck less than 24 hours and nothing but issues from this dealer.
I just read about the tire fill assist but it doesn't mention anything about flashers going off and how to turn the flashers off once they kick on like that.Yeah it's the tire fill assist. You should be able to turn it off if you desire, in the Uconnect options. I'm sure some people like it because if you are filling air it will honk when it's at the right pressure.
I keep mine off because I actually fill with a regulator so it just stops at the right pressure.
Still doesn't make sense to me, the pressurs displayed are the correct pressure for my Truck. Why would it randomly turn on my hazard lights if they were in spec?I know same here haha. When it first happened to me I was pretty startled and worried about the truck. It's a somewhat weird implementation of a pretty decent idea.
It just means one of the sensors read a change in pressure and assumed you were about to air up tires.Still doesn't make sense to me, the pressurs displayed are the correct pressure for my Truck. Why would it randomly turn on my hazard lights if they were in spec?
This has been happening to me as well. And yesterday my battery appears to no longer hold a charge, or the alternator is not charging it. Here are my truck's symptoms:
I've been in park in a parking lot, the horn started honking, the emergency lights started flashing, and the driver's dash screen went to the tire pressure page. This has happened about 5 different times. Every time is a mini heart attack because of the horn.
I am also noticing that on many days the outside temperature gauge is getting stuck on a number. I have seen this in the cold and in the heat. Most recently it was showing 63° F outside, and the actual temperature according to my phone was 81° F. I have also had a cold morning temperature remain from startup throughout the day.
Yesterday the battery went completely dead without being drained by accident. This was surprising because the lights are set to auto. Looking back, other signs something has been going wrong are the tailgate not unlocking (too much power needed to actuate the locking mechanism?), the horn having a weak honk for locking and unlocking, and the sunroof sounding like it was struggling to open while driving. Someone jumped my truck, and I drove 1 hour home. The next time I needed to unlock the truck it was dead. I also had to jump it again to get to work this morning with a battery jump-starter.
I'm taking it into Tomball Dodge Wednesday for my 20K service and to have this hopefully looked into. My truck is only 17 months old and has less than 19,000 miles on it.
