I'll agree that we see a lot of responses from
@RamCares and don't see a lot of results (or the end result of their involvement). However, it didn't take me long to find several posts from people they helped. I'm not sure they have a lot of power but they do seem to have some pull, depending on the issues. All they are is another advocate for the customer. Maybe it won't help but it sure can't hurt. The dealer doesn't have to do what RamCares requests of them. I find it refreshing that RAM pays some people to monitor this forum and try to help. I sure as hell never saw that on the F150 forum I belonged to before I bought my RAM. So, that's my opinion and worth every penny you paid for it

Did you ever engage with
Ram Cares? I did and after some quick communication I was set up with a case number and a case specialist contacted me a day later. She engaged directly with the manager at the dealer from whom I was getting very few answers and then emailed me with an update.

The issues with this truck are becoming absolutely ridiculous. Now after a year and a half of owning this truck and the laundry list of issues it has had and still has. I can add another huge one! Now for the second time today the whole infotainment system has gone haywire while driving. This...

If you haven’t already. Get with
Ram cares. Is it the over night fix, no. Makes dealing with the issues and getting them resolved much quicker once they see the paperwork trail.

Looking at two Laramies, one is a Sport, other is Off Road, both have the same options, except the Sport has LED head and fog lights. I'm kinda leaning toward the off road though, any pros or cons for either?

As for the comment about RamCares. I have to disagree, in my personal situation and Issue with truck. Was/is quick and easy no. Will it get taken care of. I hope this week, I’ll be able to get back on that later. They have pull & ability to make things happen you or I wouldn’t be able to just going in dealer and bitching about it.
