Has anyone had their issue resolved by the RamCares poster?

I have read through a number of threads related to issues with the Ram 1500.
Within those threads one may read posts by a person named RamCares requesting the person who created the thread to contact them.

Has anyone with an issue actually contacted this so called RamCares person????
If so, have they actually helped or are they here just to take information and sympathize???

I don't recall reading any threads where the person post "Hey, thanks RamCares you helped resolved my issue."

No personal experience but from what I have seen and read they don't help much and more so give the lurkers that "Ram Cares" and will get your truck fixed up should you experience a problem. If you are more than a lurker you will see what it's more about. I'm sure they help a few here and there but blind squirrel finds a eggcorn every now and then also.

I've seen more than one poster comment that they helped. For us canucks north of the border though, they're just a pretty face.

RamCares got a hold of me over the theme color not holding a problem that’s been going on for almost 2 years now All they do is pawn you off to another person that keeps promising that there’s an update coming out Total waste of time

Rambot can definitely help you set up an appointment with a dealership, but unless you're incapable of doing that yourself they haven't been much help at all, in my experience. As someone said above, I'm sure they have helped out some people but I'd have to believe they are the minority. Never hurts to try if you have a problem, just wouldn't have high expectations.

They are helping me right now. Through my ownership, I’ve gotten no where with my issue by myself. blown off and ignored. Now with ram care and star case manager things have moved forward. It’s been slow and def not overnight fix. I can’t blame them, it’s down to the individuals at the dealership. I get it warranty work sucks and make less on it. Still you are at dealership, you are not blind sided that there is warranty work. Stupid, go to a independent shop then ugh.

this last time in, they went behind case manager back and replace a component. Called me and said it was fixed and to pick it up. It wasn’t, issue still there. Contacted case manager and ram cares about it. They were not happy and weren’t notified of it either. So truck has been returned to dealer.

I'll agree that we see a lot of responses from @RamCares and don't see a lot of results (or the end result of their involvement). However, it didn't take me long to find several posts from people they helped. I'm not sure they have a lot of power but they do seem to have some pull, depending on the issues. All they are is another advocate for the customer. Maybe it won't help but it sure can't hurt. The dealer doesn't have to do what RamCares requests of them. I find it refreshing that RAM pays some people to monitor this forum and try to help. I sure as hell never saw that on the F150 forum I belonged to before I bought my RAM. So, that's my opinion and worth every penny you paid for it :p

1.
UPDATE:I received a prompt phone call from the dealer once @RamCares got involved.

2. Did you ever engage with Ram Cares? I did and after some quick communication I was set up with a case number and a case specialist contacted me a day later. She engaged directly with the manager at the dealer from whom I was getting very few answers and then emailed me with an update.

3. If you haven’t already. Get with Ram cares. Is it the over night fix, no. Makes dealing with the issues and getting them resolved much quicker once they see the paperwork trail.

4. As for the comment about RamCares. I have to disagree, in my personal situation and Issue with truck. Was/is quick and easy no. Will it get taken care of. I hope this week, I’ll be able to get back on that later. They have pull & ability to make things happen you or I wouldn’t be able to just going in dealer and bitching about it.
