Well Guys, I have to share I learned a lot on this forum, many of you sharing tips, sharing stories and providing some great advice this forum which was very helpful. Met some great people and created a few new friends along the way. But I am moving over to the HDRAMS.
My '19 1500 Limited is no longer in possession and now, the Happy Owner of '19 2500 Limited. Got to say, I do love the new one.
As stated in title, Good Bye, (for now) By Not Farewell.

WO going into many details. But let's just say what was a good truck, is now a great truck and it better fits my needs.

Good to hear you came to the HD side of the fence...but, with a Limited 2500 you can be real close to 1500 truck capacities, especially if you got the Diesel.

But, I see you got a 392 HEMI...really wakes up with the 8 speed

The new HD really looks great, and is more capable than the 2018 it leaves behind.

Ha, I just made the reverse switch. I went from a 2018 Ram 2500 to a 2019 1500. Looking at all the glitches and flaws in these new ones I’ve 2nd guessed my decision more than once. I never took that 2018 in for a single adjustment or repair of any type in 1 yr and 15,000 miles of driving. I was already ripping things apart in this new 1500 in the first week of ownership!

Pricey year for us but every 10 that’s how it lines up.

Anyway here’s the thing. 15,000 on a 4th gen isn’t much at all. Some people don’t change their oil by then . Not saying problems would have come but they certainly haven’t had time to show up.

The 1500 will be a damn good truck for you. Right now is the learning process for the manufactures and I’ll say that the ram 1500 has arguably less than others with their new release. Still can be disheartening.

I think down the road you’ll be happy but I would bet you’ll have a diesel sooner than you think.

@NordicNevs No Diesel in My Future.. Way to pricey and with today's emissions and all, No Thanks. We all know with the emissions, DEF additive and all, if your not working these new diesels, they can lead to troubles. I pull a 10K enclosed trailer hauling bikes periodically, but mainly it's a daily commute for a retired guy. This 392 will do just fine. Yes the diesels are awesome and seriously if I loaded or towed more often and heavier, Certainly would have considered the option.

Awesome truck, I also considered a 2500 Limited Black with the 6.4, but for what little towing I do now I decided against it. Although may be kicking myself later especially when winter rolls around and wish I could get a snow plow.

BTW how is the A/C, sorry I had too be the firs t o say it.

I hear ya, however I’ve only had my 5th gen 1500 2 weeks and don’t even have a 1000 miles on it and I’ve got a list of things that aren’t right or aren’t working correctly. That’s sure does say alot!

I have one more item (Passenger door not perfectly flush) I will address with my truck when I take it in for the A/C not being cold enough. Other than those it is pretty squared away after 20,400 miles and I would do it again and I love it.
