I am pleased to say that my Limited with 3.21 gears is getting just under 22 mpg on the freeway and about 15 mpg city. This is much better than the 2014 Longhorn I traded in.
What’s your current mileage?

I like to hear from some guys with 35‘s on their truck I’ve been seeing a lot of excellent mileage and I’m really getting pissed off so how about it fellows any 35‘s out there
2019 Laramie with 3.21 gears with Mopar 2 in lift and stock wheels with 295/65/20s and my last 700 mi trip was 18.6 on dash for whole trip. I know I need to hand calculate that but even still I was expecting in the very low imstead of that reading.

Also just bought a 2019 ram 1500 sport. On my 3rd fuel tank now, first tank average 24L/100km drove it soft. Second tank decide to take off a little more agressive and then smooth out 22L /100km third tank doesnt look any better. I have the fuel mpg screen on my dash and no matter what I do I can’t lower the fuel consumption. My 2014 ram had a lift kit, exaust , 35inch tires and would get way better mileage. Reading all these forums im seeing the same issue. Something is definitly wrong.

Well I’ve had my truck now for almost a month and I’m averaging 20Litres per hundred kilometres. If anybody out there can let me know how they’re making out that would be great thank you ?
Lucky you! Im getting 24L /100kms , about to drive the truck threw the dealership window

Thats good to hear! I guess it will be an expansive break in period... full tanks only hitting 380km’s .
I have the rebel trim non etorque and I’m getting high 16s to mid 17 miles per gallon. My first tank was 12.7

19 Laramie 5.7 no etorque with 3.21 gears - average range from 13.2 to 15 litres/100km. More city miles vs hwy. Includes remote start usage. About 4000kms so far. Running stock 20” inch rims with roughly equivalent to stock size KO2’s.

Couple weeks ago I drove from Halifax to Charlottetown and averaged 13.4 which included some 4wd auto and 4wd high.

All hwy on my first 800 miles scooting right along at 75 mph. If there is a break in period, my truck really never saw it.

Eco light was on within the first 10 miles.

4x2, 3.92 elocker, 26 gal, 87 octane, i95 south

3.92's w/ e-locker and no ETorque. Avg MPG has been steadily climbing since purchase. Currently 1480 miles, and averaging 18.5 MPG. Dirve 80/20, hwy/city. Mostly two-lane roads with 50MPH speed limits.

For those posting the computer generated mpg, have you doubled checked with a hand calculation? While some seem to be accurate, others are not, mine constantly reads 2 mpg better than what I'm actually getting.

Mine is accurate within a tenth or two, but it very much depends on how and where I fill up with gas. I've started a new process that I think helps, when the nozzle clicks off the first time, I count "10 mississippi's" in my head and then go for a second click. This seems to help wit the gauge not reading full as well. I may try something like 3 clicks, or maybe 30 seconds between clicks to see how it affects my readings.

For all of the mentions about the weight savings and improved aerodynamics of the 2019... it looks like didn't actually improve MPG (or braking) from the previous gen. Why? Am I missing something?

I didn't buy my 1500 for the mpg, but the advertised rating feels dishonest. I've easily gotten at least the rated MPG on every other vehicle I've owned (FCA included), but I can't come close to 15/21 on my Laramie, no matter how nice I drive. Based on what I've been seeing, I'm getting more like 13/17. I even tried resetting the gauge on a 30 mile stretch of flat highway @ 55mph and just barely kept 19mpg. 21mpg @ 70+ mph with even slight hills seems impossible.

Still love the truck, and I'm hopeful that warm weather and break-in (2,000 miles now) will improve the numbers, but underwhelmed by the mpg.

I am getting 16.5 city 20.5 highway with my laramie quad cab 4x4 3.21 gear. I have 2700 miles and I am seeing it steadilty increase now. I was only getting 13 city 17 highway as it was breaking in. I have only used 89 octane since I brought it home.
