:( after research I decided to order the Falken Wildpeak AT3W in a 35/12.5R20 for the new truck using the factory wheels. Test fit the front and everything went good with no rubbing on fenders BUT....you could barely fit a piece of paper between the upper control arm and the sidewall of the tire. Looks like I have to order 285/65R20 which are of course on backorder.

I had the same wildpeaks delivered on Monday, ordered 295-60-20 wildpeaks on Tuesday and sent the 35's back. My new wheels are -20 offset, didnt want to take a chance on any scrubbing

Are you on a leveling kit? That only had that much room behind tire to control arm?

On -20 offset you will not have rubbing to the inside of wheel well components. Just More on the turning..

Ended up with the 285/65R20 and love the look. I do get some rubbing on full turn but that is without a leveling kit or lift. I wanted to do the 3.5 lift but was told between that and the tire size it wouldn't fit in a standard 7' garage door. :-( may be stuck just with a leveling kit.

Measure and see. A few people said it still got on their 7' garage with 3.5" and 35s.

Any pics guys? I just ordered the Readylift 2" with upper arms for my ORP BigHorn, and I'm seriously thinking about the 295/60-20 Falken Wildpeak tires to put on the polished Laramie wheels I picked up. I like the Falken tires, as that's what comes on the ORP trucks. They are nice and quiet, and seem to be very good snow and general use tires.

This was a problem on the 4th gens too when trying to put a 12.5 tire on stock wheels. A lot of people (including myself) used 1/4" spacers to move the wheel out a tad.

Something like this: https://www.amazon.com/6x139-7-Whee....7+.25+spacer&qid=1570122437&s=gateway&sr=8-3

Did you get away with using stock studs with the 1/4" spacer? I'm wondering about that but really want to go with a 1/2" spacer and was wondering if you can use stock spacers with that much.

Yep, stock wheels, lugs worked fine with that small of a spacer. Again, this was a 4th gen. This new truck may be different.
