Engine sound click 2020 1500 Hemi

took my car to the dealer twice and they couldn’t identify the issue .. any guidance would be appreciated. Check the video below

The sound started a couple of weeks back .. it was minor and though it is the Hemi tick .. but then it started to get louder and sounds like something is stuck and can’t get free movement .. it usually happens at lower speeds as the car is slowing down or when at full stop idle
