Driver side speakers not working for music, but DO work for phone calls?

you can't put a aftermarket radio in a ram because it's so integrated into the truck's bcm. stinger has a replacement radio for jeeps they need to tap into the ram market. we are underserved and there is well over a million 5th gen's on the road.
they are not cheap but they have them for ford, chevy and jeep. plug and play

I replaced all the speakers when this happened to my 2020 Ram Bighorn. Front left speaker was blown. Unfortunatly, It now shows a problem with active noise cancellation. Searching the forums now to learn what's going on with that.

bought a by-pass harness last week. If you’re in the US Crutchfield sells one. Replaced my front door speakers too now have to drive around with the window down until the drone goes away.

It seems this issue is still going on. 22 Ram built to serve. Noticed while at work waiting to go in that something didn't sound right. So I checked the balance settings. They were in the center where they should be. When I moved it to the driver rear speaker, no sound. When moved to the Pass side the speaker has sound. When I turned up the volume I could hear the driver side, when going back to the Pass side it was twice as loud. I thought the speaker had gone bad. When I checked the system out at home. I found that the driver front speaker wasn't working at all. I looked for cause on the internet and didn't really get a answer. I came close to placing a order from Crutchfield for close to 2G's. Replacing speakers, Amp and Sub etc. Figured I'd look for an answer before I made the purchase. Glad I did, I found this form and issue still not solved. Has anyone been given a real answer as to why this is happening? I would have been pissed to replace everything to find out it's a radio issue.

most people that have this issue have 2025 's with top tier systems
