It'll take a lot more than $100k to get one of these, unless you (1) already own a Demon, and (2) are already on a list with a reputable dealer that will actually sell it at MSRP. For everyone else, you can add your name to a list of 100 people waiting for one Demon 170 and pay $50k ADM. Some dealers are doing auctions already - and whatever the highest price is, they tack on the ADM to that.
Crazy. Especially for a car that only comes with a driver's seat.

Haha, they’re probably all accounted for already. If a dealer does get one, I expect them to have ADM’s on par with the ‘04 body style Ford GT or the original ZR1.

Its funny, when I bought my'12 SRT new it was a Bad Doggy, with no quality issues. I can only imagine driving the same vehicle with over twice the power. Alas - These are the cars that Dodge/Stallantis puts all of their quality into, not trucks...

ADM should straight up be illegal.
Aren't there laws against manufacturers that don't allow them to sell direct to consumer and that is why dealerships even exist?
Anti-consumer if I ever seen it...

I like a free market but some things just shouldn't exist. You can't buy a new Ram truck except from a Ram dealership, you can't find a Ram dealership that operates under the laws\rules of the manufacturer because they are all privately owned. Lots of areas have ALL the dealerships owned by the same private owner for several brands and can set their crappy rules like "no price haggling" and unless you go out of state or drive for several hours your SOL becuase they don't let other dealerships open up nearby and just undercut their crappy business practices.

What a great world to live in, Covid only made it worse as it people an excuse to increase prices and keep them there.

There is a local shop that will build you a 1000+ wheel HP Hellcat and be cheaper than this Demon 170

Those cars are good for nothing and make more power than you can ever use, but think Ram will ever give us more than a 4th place engine; nope, they'll just let us dangle in the wind. Nice.

The original Demon had a 5 year/60,000 mile powertrain warranty too. Pretty impressive for a car that they know is likely going to get used hard maybe even at the strip. Sad thing is most likely got parked and never driven.

Simple. If people are paying it, the stealerships will never stop charging it. Those with that kind of money don’t care and are spending the extra money for status level or they are going to put it in a garage and hope for some kind of profit 50 years from now. If the latter is the case, it will just be a museum piece because by then internal combustion engines will be illegal to own and operate. But, if you have the money, go for it.
