Digital rearview mirror unavailable

Hello guys.

I have my 2022 ram 1500 limited with 400 miles on it. Since day one the digital rearview mirror stopped work multiple times while driving. Message keep saying digital rearview mirror unavailable,service required. Went to the dealer, they said everything work as intented? No poor wire connection. does anyone here has the same issue and get fixed so far? Please help

That's definitely not normal. Mine has never stopped working and my truck is about 9 months old. Mine's a '21 not a '22 so maybe it's a new issue?

That’s why not trust the dealer but here.
 
How to reboot? Please let me know. I am going to try. Thanks

Press and hold Power and Tuner buttons for like 20 seconds until the screen goes black

That resets the radio doesn't it? That works for the back-up camera, but will it work for the mirror too?

Seems like it only reboots the radio itself, but thanks again

Thanks for reply. Already have a star case, NO. 82189102, but no one contact me yet. BTW, how to send you a private message? And let a specialist work out a solution with dealer?

Hey Steph,

Was there a way to look up the previous ticket for a potential resolution? Just trying to figure out what conditions trigger this message and where to troubleshoot. Mine only started when adding a trailer camera. This message doesn't appear when using the CHMSL camera.

Yes, my dealer replace a new mirror for me. No issue now.

Thanks, Lee. My main camera works just fine, it's only when the trailer cam is hooked up that it starts erroring and eventually quits working.
