Digital rearview mirror unavailable

IMG_2443.jpegIMG_2443.jpegI have a 2021 laramaie sport and I just installed the mirror and this shows on the mirror any suggestions?

Did you ever get this figured out, I am having the same issue only when using the trailer camera.
